The quality of contact with this company is great. The packaging was excellent and sample product arrived in good shape. The ability to TRACk in US was not as good as I had expected. This stone quality is BETTER than some others suppliers. However the thickness may be an issue for some installations in the US. With the light board behind, the thickness is 1.125 inches or 28..5mm. This will be too thick for US floors which are either one half inche of 3/4 inch. I plan to use for walls. I wish they could get thickness down to 19mm or 3/4 inch with lighted panel. I would do business with this company again.
